Exhibiting with eco-friendly display stands changes the way your stand looks and encourages businesses to take a green approach to exhibiting. Sustainable exhibition stands are available as a recycled fibreboard or a simple, yet effective cardboard.
When shopping for your first eco-friendly display stand you’ll need to be fully aware of the materials and the types of stand that can be produced.
Taking a look at the cardboard options first, you’ll be able to find natural banners and cardboard version of the Pop Up Stand. Both options are incredibly light weight and to keep the display products 100% recyclable, you won’t find any plastic or laminates nearby.
As the material is more fragile than a standard roller banner or exhibition stand, the longevity of the 4.5mm cardboard products is largely down to how the panels are looked after. Taking extra care when assembling and ensuring the eco-friendly display products are packaged well when storing and transporting will preserve the stands lifespan. Like the rest of tradeshow products, each has been designed to last and the same goes for the cardboard natural range.
However, when the product is no longer needed, you’ll have a clear conscience knowing that the materials will end in landfill and that each section can be safely recycled.
Fibreboard materials aren’t widely known but are becoming a more popular choice. This is because the material is incredibly strong and gives the exhibition stand the same visual as an MDF stand design, but with out impacting the environment. As a thicker material than then cardboard, fibreboard materials can be used to create a showstopping stand with little restrictions.
Branch out into a bespoke stand design that includes different shaped backdrops, storage cupboards and archways. Stand accessories such as archways incorporate an interesting stand feature and provide another surface to add branding without eating away at floor space.
With a modular design, the fibreboard exhibition stands can be reconfigured. Modular panels open up creative opportunities and allow the eco-friendly stand to be assembled in various shapes and sizes to suit the current stand size.
The fibreboard material is 100% sustainable and recyclable, but does include a layer of matte laminate to keep the panels in a great condition and can be wiped down. However, for a fully recyclable stand, the laminate can be removed.
